Energy Cleanse and Intention Setting Rituals Workshop
Studio Sardo believes in the power of everyday rituals. Join us at The Cove, Loulé for a 1.5-hour guided journey into energy cleansing, intention setting and the art of living with intention.
Each workshop kit contains recycled paper intention cards, ethically sourced Palo Santo, white sage and earth-mined selenite crystal.
Crystal Care: Selenite is a water-soluble crystal and must be kept dry at all times, never cleanse with water. To charge, place in moonlight overnight or alongside other cleansing crystals such as clear quartz. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve its natural lustre. Palo Santo & White Sage: Always burn in a well-ventilated space and never leave burning materials unattended. Use a heatproof dish or abalone shell to catch ash and embers. Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials. Fully extinguish after each use by pressing the tip firmly into your dish, do not use water to extinguish. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.

Step into the world of esoterica and discover the art of energy cleansing and intention setting, time-honoured practices used to clear the mind, refresh your home and restore a sense of balance, peace and clarity. Whether you're completely new to spiritual wellness or already walking this path, this workshop is designed to hold space for you. Our host, Laura Walsh - astrologer and energy practitioner - will gently guide you through the meaning behind these practices and show you how to confidently perform them in your own home, using the tools included in your kit. Together as a group, we will gather to share gratitude, welcome in positive energy and release what no longer serves us. You will be invited to pull cards, sit with their messages and tune in to what the universe may be putting in front of you. The evening closes with a guided meditation led by Laura, a quiet moment to pause, reflect and land before heading home. This is a safe, welcoming space. Come exactly as you are. You will leave feeling refreshed and inspired, with the tools and confidence to continue your practice on your own.

What To Bring
Please bring a yoga mat for circle time and guided meditation. A cushion or pillow and a light blanket are recommended for your comfort during the meditation.
Payment & Cancellation
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Your space is not confirmed until payment has been received.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event are eligible for a partial refund, processed within 5–7 working days, minus a 2% admin fee.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event — including last-minute bookings made within this window are non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds or transfers within this period, as your kit will already have been prepared and your space reserved.
We understand that circumstances change. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your place to a friend - simply contact us in advance so we can update our records.
