FAQ's

Orders, Shipping and Delivery

Your order is shipped via the delivery method chosen at checkout.

Tracking information is provided upon order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. Be sure to check your spam or junk inbox for your order confirmation email.

  • CTT, DPD and similar - on standard deliveries -Allow 1-2 working days for delivery (Mainland Portugal) and up to 15 days for Azores/Islands
  • CTT, DPD and similar - on Express/Next Day deliveries – Allow 1 working day for delivery (Mainland Portugal) and up to 4 days for Azores/Islands

Please note, these are ideal targets stipulated by the couriers and do not factor in real-world delays (weather, shipping capacity, islands logistics) that can affect times.

Studio Sardo currently deliver to mainland Portugal and selected EU locations. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us at orders@studiosardo.pt for a quote.

We do not deliver to Ilhas, Açores and Madeira.

We accept payment with most major debit and credit cards and Apple pay.

To cancel, you can request it by emailing orders@studiosardo.pt with your cancellation request in writing. Please retain your order confirmation email and order number when requesting the cancellation.

Studio Sardo will not accept cancellation and changes for made-to-measure textiles, bedding, towels, bespoke furniture or custom-made orders of any kind.

You will receive an order confirmation email with a receipt confirming the details of your purchase.

The team at Studio Sardo take great care to carefully check all orders prior to dispatch and package suitably for onward handling.

Should your order arrive damaged we will require an email sent to – orders@studiosardo.pt within 1 week of your delivery date with clear photos substantiating the damage for our team to rectify and process claims with our shippers.

The team will endeavour to rectify the issue as promptly as possible.

The team at Studio Sardo great care to carefully check all orders prior to dispatch and should you have received the incorrect item, please contact orders@studiosardo.pt within 1 week of your delivery date along with your order number and clear photos substantiating the incorrect item was received for our team to rectify and process a new shipment.

If your order has not arrived within the specified transit period and your tracking number states it is delivered, please send an email to – orders@studiosardo.pt with your order number in the subject field so that a member of the team can resolve with CTT/DPD and similar.

Studio Sardo is required to report loss and damages during transit within 30days from the date of delivery or from the date which it should have been delivered via the chosen courier.

Please note that Studio Sardo will endeavour to replace any undelivered items subject to stock availability.

Returns and Refund Policy

We accept returns on clothing only. Please read our exchanges, return and refund policy on clothing below.

We do not accept returns on home fragrances, made-to-measure textiles, bedding, towels and bespoke manufactured goods.

Clothing exchanges, return and refund policy - We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your order, you can exchange and return it within 15 days of receiving it.

Conditions for clothing exchanges and returns:

  • Exchanges are accepted subject to product and size availability.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must still be attached.
  • Email your return/exchange request to orders@studiosardo.pt confirming your reason for return/exchange and required size/colour exchange.
  • The team will assess the request and provide a suitable returns label by email for you to print and attach to the original packaging.

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Please ensure that the product packaging is not broken before shipping as we will not be able to accept returns that are damaged in transit.
  2. Fill out the returns slip provided with your order, include your order number, contact details and reason for return.
  3. Use the return shipping label provided to you on email – if you have not received it, please check your spam and junk folder.
  4. Take to your nearest drop off point and keep your tracking number for reference.

  • Once goods have been received, they will be checked prior to finalising the exchange or refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow 10- 12 working days after the return is processed for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
  • Exchanges are issued as soon as the returned goods have been received at our warehouse, you will be provided with new tracking details for your order.

Product Information and Specs

Our candles are made from a blend of fragrance and essential oils where noted. We use mixed soy and vegetable wax with cotton wicks.

The fragrance and essential oils used within all our fragrances are sourced in Portugal and the EU and do not contain alcohol or dyes.

Main Ingredients: Linalol, Limoneno, Citronelol, Geraniol, Benzil salicilato, 2-benzilideno-heptanal, 2-(4-terc-butilbenzil)propanal, 4-terc-butilciclo-hexil acetato, α-metil-1,3-benzodioxol-5-propionaldeído, dodecanal.

H226 – Flammable liquid and vapour.

H317 – May cause an allergic skin reaction.

H411 – Toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.

Our diffuser reed sticks are made from rattan wood.

Yes you can! We offer refill essential oils for our diffusers. Add link to refill

We advise trimming the wick after burning, keeping it at approx. 1cm tall to avoid smoking.

Burning candle times vary but we advise 3-4 hours at a time to allow a decent pool of wax and avoid funnelling.

Always keep burning candles away from drafts, open windows, children, pets and on a stable surface.

We advise keeping your diffuser out of direct sunlight, in a cool and dry place of your home.

Do not flip rattan sticks over to redistribute oils and scents – this will cause the reed to become clogged and not pull the essential oil fragrance out optimally.

Do not dilute essential oils with water to extend the life of the oils – this will cause the reed to become clogged and weaken the fragrance.

Our materials are locally sourced in Portugal and the EU via our trade partners and suppliers.
