Our Glee Boutique Café project execution was both fulfilling and fun! The Sofia Sardo Interiors team had the pleasure of working with the Food and Beverages Manager who, had a clear idea of the style and feel the hotel wished to create. Working together, we conceptualised the brief for a modern yet classic boutique coffee shop that was inspired by French cafe experiences and enticingly decorated, jewel-toned delicacies.
Pairing pink and blue palettes with sophisticated gold hospitality furniture created a sense of fun with a touch of elegance and modernity. Keeping tones soft and calming while creating impact with clean lines and open space to view freshly prepared sweets and treats were a must!
Creating a concept design that both stood out and complimented the hotel was at the heart of our vision and we are so thrilled with the outcome.
